My Review of Evod and Moishe by Laya Brandt
Evod and Moishe is the
second book in the Evod Series. The imagination of the author, Laya Brandt, is
impressive. The dove Evod is remarkable and supernatural. There is exceptional
symbolism and the history lessons and traditions are spot on.
I found errors in sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation,
but it didn’t disrupt the story and I overlooked them.
Toward the end, there were references to the first
book and unfortunately it got a little confusing.
This is an excellent book to explain how the Jewish
faith and Christian faith come together as a whole.
I cried through most of the middle part—I don’t want
to give anything away.
With the errors listed above, I can only give this
book 4 stars.
**You will love this book if you are sensitive to the
working of the Holy Spirit in people’s lives and have a tender spot for the
Jewish people.
