 My 5* review of Flash By Rachel Anne Ridge

This book is full of heart warming stories about a donkey and the lessons we can learn from him. Rachel is a gifted writer and I enjoyed this book and the things she pulled out of Flash's life to help us become aware of the lessons the Lord wants to teach us. His attitude and personality jump off the page. The Ridge family find this donkey on their property and their lives are changed and enriched by this loving creature.

Every chapter includes events and stories and some made me cry while others made me laugh. Rachel skillfully writes of Flash's interaction with humans and other animals. Although for adults, this book is great for the whole family. The Bible study I attend asked us to read it and we had two sessions of great discussion over what we learned. I highly recommend this book for individuals and small groups.
