My Review of Verdict at the River's Edge by Colleen Snyder
A page-turner for sure!
This faith-based story kept me glued to the screen.
The thriller is well-written, with nary a dull moment. The added romance is a
plus. This book has an ideal setting in the mountains, including a raging
river, with real-to-life characters, from adults to children, containing
captivating quirks. The Christian aspect is perfectly woven throughout the
story of social worker Collin and the children she surrounds herself with. The
plot is unique and captivating. A bit of a predictable ending but it didn’t matter.
I’ve not read any of Ms. Snyder’s books before but I’ll keep hers in mind for my TBR pile. 5 stars it is.
