Straddle and Spit by Robin Densmore Fuson

Verses used in video:

1 Kings 18:20-21 NLT So Ahab summoned all the people of Israel and the prophets to Mount Carmel. Then Elijah stood in front of them and said, “How much longer will you waver, hobbling between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him! But if Baal is God, then follow him!” But the people were completely silent.

Deuteronomy 30:19 NKJV where Moses says,

 I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;

  In Joshua 24:15 NKJV Joshua Charges the people with two important decisions that are familiar to most of us. We’ve seen each of them on plagues and mugs.

“And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

And the resurrected Lord Jesus said to the Church in Laodicea,

 “I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish that you were one or the other! But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth!” Revelation 3:15-16 NLT
